NUCLEUS es un software de escritorio multiplataforma (Windows, macOS, Linux) que se ejecuta localmente.
El software se proporciona "tal cual" (AS-IS).
Responsabilidad del usuario
El usuario es responsable de:
- El uso del software
- Las acciones ejecutadas
- Las decisiones tomadas a partir de los resultados
- El cumplimiento de los términos de terceros
El Desarrollador no supervisa ni valida el uso del software.
Integraciones con terceros
Las integraciones externas están sujetas a los términos y políticas de cada proveedor.
El Desarrollador no se responsabiliza de cambios, fallos o costes derivados de dichos servicios.
Automatización e IA
Los resultados generados por NUCLEUS no constituyen asesoramiento profesional.
El usuario es responsable de revisar y validar cualquier acción.
Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, el Desarrollador no será responsable de daños directos o indirectos, pérdidas de datos o pérdidas económicas.
Soporte
No se ofrece soporte técnico individual, salvo indicación expresa por escrito.
